The Last Month of 2017

Like the magnificent Bears which inhabit this beautiful part of the world with us, winter is the time for hibernating a little, taking stock of the year, putting our feet up, relaxing and perhaps making some time to enable our bodies to heal from the everyday stresses and strains of our busy lives.   There may also be a little decadence, luxury and excess involved in this of course!

Can you believe there are less than 4 weeks left until the end of 2017!? Seems like we were all in shorts and t-shirts not that long ago!   Though time continues to pass at the usual old rate, we here at Vibrant Life are still somehow continually amazed by the turning of the months, seasons and years!

We think we can all agree this is definitely a good time to be thankful for another trip around the sun and have gratitude for all of 2017’s lessons!

Many of you reading this have Extended Health Plans through your work, spouse’s work, student plan, or your medical services plan (MSP/CareCard), some of your kids are on those plans too and will be having some time off soon. Now is the time to maximize those Health Plans before year-end because, once we are in 2018, you cannot go back and take advantage of unused benefits. We encourage you to give yourself the gift of Wellness!   We are happy to help you with your health goals whether big or small!

This is a very busy time of year for our little health center and experience tells us that it is in your best interest to book your appointments for the rest of December as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. There are still appointments available for all our services if you’d like to look online. We are growing and have chiropractic, massage, clinical counselling, and acupuncture appointments available now. Why not maximize your plan, invest in yourself and your health, and let us carry you through this busy holiday season!

We hope you have had a fantastic 2017 and we wish you and yours all the very best for the year to come!
