Dr. Jayne was lucky enough to have her first chiropractic appointment at the age of nine. She loved how it made her feel and she looked forward to every appointment. These wonderful experiences inspired her to fulfill a long-term dream to become a chiropractor herself.
She attended the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in England. It was fascinating to her that chiropractic has so much more to offer than just pain relief – it can improve so many different aspects of one’s life. She is amazed by our ability to self-heal and self-regulate.
Although a chiropractor’s main treatment method is spinal adjustment, many chiropractors today combine that with other therapies such as gentle mobilizations, hot/cold treatments, exercise recommendations, and lifestyle education to help you achieve and maintain your optimal health.
Dr. Jayne is very proud of the Vibrant Life team. She really values being able to serve in the community in which she grew up alongside such excellent practitioners.
